Terms of Service (CONSTRUCTION)

1. General

❥ I can't draw mecha, monsters or muscular men
❥ NSFW comms are accepted as well. DM me for questions regarding this!
❥ Detailed characters - + $50 - $80
❥ Weapons, pets - + $50 - $100
❥ Detailed Background - + $50- $100
❥ Adding another character DOUBLES the price.

2. Process

• eta: 4- 12 weeks - complex commissions such as regular bustshots & thigh ups will take longer to finish. (still within 12 weeks) If I require longer deadline due to unforeseen circumstances or complexity of the commission, I will let you know.
• Waitlist fee (non refundable): 20% of the commission type

3. Payment

• Full payment is required to be sent first.
• I only accept PayPal.
•No refunds. (Unless I haven't started your commission yet or I can't do your commission.)
•Rush fee: 1/2 price of the commission If the project is accepted, a +60% fee per item will be applied to the order. Delivery is guaranteed within 2-5 days upon receipt of payment. Rush orders must be paid in full upfront.
•Waitlist fee (non refundable): 20% of the commission type

4. Revisions

• WIP's will be sent during the sketch stage & the coloring stage.
•Big revisions (pose or expression change) can only be done during the sketch stage

5. General Usage

The artist retains full rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon.
The client receives personal use rights only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
The artwork may not be resold, altered, or redistributed without explicit permission.
The artist may post the finished piece to their portfolio or social media unless the client requests privacy beforehand.THE COMMISSIONER IS ALLOWED TO:
• Use and/or repost the commissioned artwork with respect to our agreement and with credit to my social media.THE COMMISSIONER IS NOT ALLOWED TO:
• Reproduce/use the artwork commercially ( unless it's a commercial order or discussed otherwise ).
• Edit my artwork in any way unless otherwise discussed.
• Use any commissioned artwork for non fungible tokens (NFTs). Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with non fungible tokens or cryptocurrency is not allowed.
• Claim the artwork as their own. Please if circumstances allow, credit me if you can. Thank you!

6. Commercial Prices & Rights
